- Can I sponsor more than one artist at a time?
- Yes! A benefit of using an exchange is that you can buy a whole network of similar content creators to have more audience scale.
- When does a sponsorship deal run?
- Artist will post the date of execution on the unit. They will also include the dates they need any materials before execution.
- What CRM is reasonable for me?
- You decide, supply is based on demand. The higher you bid usually the more inventory and reach you can have. Remember, you’re competing against others for the same sponsorships, so give the best offer that makes sense for you.
- What do I do if I don’t like how the sponsor presented my brand?
- You have 30 days after the execution to dispute a sponsorship. If the artist did not complete the unit as they described before your order, then you will receive a credit back for the full amount.
- What do I have to do to be attractive to brands to buy my units?
- Brands will be able to see your quality score based on your past buyers. The more units you have bought, the higher your index score will rank, so post a lot of units. Be sure to be very clear about what you will do in the description section. Also make sure you support the brand positively in the sponsorship. Do not accept a brand that you do no want to work.
- Why can’t I just contact brands directly to set up sponsorship deals?
- Brands use our platform for their operational efficiency to buy many sponsorships at once. They like our verification method and reporting. If a brand is using our platform they likely do not want sales pitches or the hassles of custom executions each time.
- Does the brand have control over my content?
- The brand is relying on the content creators to know their audience and provide the best experience. They will transact based on your description in the unit. If the execution does not follow that, then they will get the money back and you will not be paid.
- Can I do anything in the sponsorship?
- You must follow the guidelines in our terms and conditions. You can not support hate, violence, or exploitation. You also are advised to abide by the FTC guidelines for your media. Violation of our guidelines will revoke your right to collect and use the platform.
- What requests or demands can I expect from the brand?
- The brand will expect you to complete the sponsorship on time and accurately as you described it in the unit description section. Just do as you say and you will be paid for the sponsorship.
- How fast do I get paid?
- A brand has 30 days after the execution date to dispute a sponsorship. After that time you will be paid on the next billing cycle.
